I help small businesses understand and improve the systems behind how they operate, from digital setup and day to day processes through to financial organisation and working effectively with an accountant.
The aim is simple: make the business easier to run, easier to understand and easier to hand over to the right professional when specialist support is needed.
Tell me a little about your business and what's going on, and I'll point you to the most sensible next step.
Start with a quick reviewImproving the tools and processes behind how your business operates, from enquiries and client onboarding to internal workflows and administration.
Helping businesses create clearer systems around financial records, payments and monthly organisation before information reaches the accountant.
This is organisation, not accounting advice.
Improving the digital foundations that support how customers find, contact and work with the business.
When a business needs accounting, bookkeeping, tax or other specialist professional support, I help identify what is actually required and work alongside the client's existing professional or connect them with an appropriate provider.
These are starting points, not fixed prices. Scope varies once the specifics are known. Accounting, bookkeeping, tax and payroll work is delivered by professional partners and priced separately.
For one specific problem, question or setup.
A deeper paid review of how the business currently operates, where the main friction sits and what should be improved. Different from the free enquiry form.
For practical work that needs putting in place.
For broader systems, digital or operational improvements involving several areas of the business.
For businesses that need regular help with systems, organisation or coordination.
I look at how the business currently operates, what systems are being used and where the friction sits.
I identify what needs to be simplified, structured more clearly or dealt with differently.
Where the solution sits within my capability, I help put it into practice. If specialist technical work is required, I make that clear and help identify the right next step.
Where specialist accounting or professional support is required, I help move the conversation to the appropriate person.
Struxra grew from the same problems I see in small businesses: financial information exists across accounts, spreadsheets and software, but owners can still struggle to understand what is happening throughout the month.
It is one example of how I approach systems problems: understand where the information breaks down, then build a clearer way of working.
Struxra supports financial organisation and visibility. It does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax or financial advice.
My background is in supporting startups and small businesses with planning, research, websites, digital tools and business development. That work led me towards business systems, financial organisation and eventually building Struxra. I'm also continuing to develop my accounting knowledge so I can work more effectively alongside finance professionals.
